Welcome to VCAT Residential Tenancies Hub
This system will enable registered users to perform the following functions...
-
Create Notices
You can create notices (e.g. "Notice to Vacate" or "Breach of Duty Notice") which will be stored (for approximately 4 months after the expiry date) for future use. The Notice will be generated for you to print and serve on the respondent. -
Create Request to Principal Registrar (RPR)
You may renew proceedings, request a warrant of possession (following an order of VCAT), apply for an extension of a warrant of possession, and withdraw an application (made using VCAT Residential Tenancies Hub).NOTE: General Public (non Estate Agent) users may only withdraw an application
-
Lodge an Application
You create and lodge an application for a tribunal hearing. If the application is based on a previously generated Notice, enter the Notice number to retrieve the details already entered. The completed application form will be generated for you to print and serve in the normal manner (there is no need to send a paper copy to VCAT). When possible, the system will set the hearing venue, date and time and inform you immediately of these details. -
Notice/Application Enquiry
An extensive search facility enables you to view and print a previously created Notice or Application, related Notice of Hearing and any Orders the Tribunal has made.
